Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any item you wish to buy and you will be redirected to the secure Pay Pal site where your confirmation of order and payment will be processed. Shipping And Handling: Postage and Packing is included in the sale price. When delivering outside the UK you will be liable for all local taxes that may need to be paid on delivery. If purchasing a downloadle item you will be directed to recieve the download link or be emailed the zip file direct. All downloadable items are non refundable and non exchangable.

Delivery Schedule: For items that need physical shipment, We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days and always aim to do so within the UK distance selling regulations of 30 days. Returns Policy: As per the UK distance selling regulations we would like to draw our customers attention to their right to return items within 7 days. However All downloadable items are non refundable and non exchangable. Refunds and exchanges can only be made for goods that are returned in the original packaging, with seal intact, unworn, unused, uncopied and unwashed.

Refunds: will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Abuse/misuse/incorrect ordering by the customer will NOT be refunded. Goods are not available for inspection or on approval basis. The Chow Gar Store can take no responsibility for goods incorrectly ordered. All goods are subject to guarantee against faulty manufacture and defective materials. Goods will be exchanged or credit note or Monies returned only if goods are returned to us in good condition and not suffering from damage due to misuse or excessive wear. Weapons are sold for training and Kata/Form use only under strict expert supervision, or for demonstrations of forms, or as collectors' items for display only. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the products purchased are legal within their own state or country. No refunds will be allowed if there are problems or issues with local law enforcement agencies or customs officers.
